New Business Dimensions announces the accomplish of the implementation of a modern customer management solution at BCR Social Finance IFN. The Grafs Collections platform includes multiple automation elements and eliminates the manual processes of collecting, aggregating and processing the usual data of the company's clients. The Grafs application provides users with the data they need to run the business, as well as detailed reports.
